Orders received after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be sent out the following day.

We follow the delivered duty unpaid (DDU) protocol, meaning that the customs authority in your country may charge for additional VAT and/or Duties.
We greatly value our EU customers, so if there are any issues with the order please let us now as soon as possible. We're always interested to learn about your experiences so we can improve the process.

All goods are sent with a returns form and should you wish to return your goods please indicate on the form if you wish to receive a refund or an exchange to the same monetary value.

Buying as a gift? We will accept your return past the 14 days providing you have complied with our unworn policy listed above in exchange for store credit. This applies to Christmas gifts up to the 2nd of January.
